APPLICATION METHOD
• Apply the crystals with an appropriate amount of TACKY GEL or RUBBER BASE CLEAR, over the top coat ✔️
• Do NOT seal the crystals with a top coat as it will diminish their structure and shine ✔️
• Curing time: 30-60 sec LED/UV ✔️
