This bit is used on FWD (forward rotation).

Maintenance and Sterilization
The bit can be disinfected in any ultrasonic device using a solution for disinfecting metal tools, but the chemical composition of disinfectants may shorten or extend the lifespan of the bits.
Enzymatic disinfectants are recommended as they are the gentlest on tools.
The bit can also be washed manually with a metal brush designed for extra-hard bits.
Sterilization can be done in a dry heat sterilizer (with proper pre-drying) or in an autoclave.
